Will your tradesman arrive on time ?
We give you a one hour arrival window, for example, we will arrive between 10:30 and 11:30.
Getting around in the traffic can be challenging and unpredictable.
Sometimes road conditions are difficult. so we need this degree of flexibility to avoid disappointing our customers.
What is your cancellation policy ?
We require 5 days notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, otherwise a late notice charge will apply. For bookings at either i) our fixed day rate or ii) scheduled for after 6pm or a Saturday, the charge is the total estimated value of the booking. For all other bookings, the late notice charge is £20+VAT
Supply of materials -
You may prefer to supply some materials, for example, wallpaper, light fittings, tiles, window blinds, etc.....
These are specific personal choice items, and therefore you would most likely be supplying them.
Otherwise, we usually source and supply your materials.
Tools - We provide all tools required to complete the work, including digger hire, skip hire etc..
Quotations and estimates -
Standard quotations and estimates are free of charge.
Larger scale project quotations may be subject to a fee.
Invoices are due for payment upon completion of works with immediate effect.
We accept cash, cheques, and online banking payments.

How can i make the most of my booking ?
It is often helpful if you can provide a photo of the job you need doing in order to help us assess the time it will take and what tools and materials will be required. We also suggest that customers have a couple of little jobs in reserve in case the work is completed quickly and our tradesman has time left over in the booking. Make the most of him while he is there!
What happens if i am not happy with the work you have done ?
Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, but if it happens, you should call us up and let us know the problem. We will do everything we can to make sure you want to come back to us for your next job.
